A published fee schedule, because hidden ones are the problem.

Every tier includes KSeF invoicing, BLIK, InPost logistics and the accessibility tooling. We don't put statutory compliance behind an upgrade button.

Context

What we are comparing ourselves to

Marketplace commission ranges of 8–20% and own-store payment fees of 0–2% circulate widely in Polish industry writing. That comparison is a commonly repeated range rather than a measured statistic, so we publish our own numbers and let you do the arithmetic against your actual statement.[1]

Included

In every tier, explicitly

KSeF e-invoicing

FA(3) generation, KSeF 2.0 submission, offline24 fallback, UPO storage, QR-coded visualisations and corrections. Not a paid add-on.

Accessibility tooling

Build-time conformance checks, the statutory statement, and the complaint workflow with its 30-day clock. Compliance is not a price tier.

BLIK and Polish payments

BLIK, BLIK Pay Later, pay-by-link, Apple Pay, Google Pay, cards and cash on delivery, without a per-method uplift.

InPost and returns

Locker selection at checkout, label generation and a return flow that works from a phone.

The questions a spreadsheet raises

Why charge a transaction fee at all?
Because a flat subscription either excludes small merchants or subsidises them with the fees of large ones. A published percentage means a merchant pays in proportion to the value they extract.
What happens if I exceed my order cap?
You are not cut off. Overage is billed at the next tier's rate for that month only, and you get an explicit prompt to move up.
Is the 0 PLN Starter plan really free?
It is free of a monthly fee. The transaction fee still applies. We are not running a loss-leader that converts into a surprise invoice in month four.
Do I need my own KSeF authorisation?
Yes — invoices are legally issued by you. We obtain the delegated authorisation through ZAW-FA or a qualified seal during onboarding, and the authorisation is revocable by you at any time.
Can I leave?
Your catalogue, orders, invoices and customer records export as structured data at any time, including on the free tier. There is no exit fee and no data hostage clause.
