# We are building the thing Poland already requires.

Not a marketplace. Not an AI wrapper. A storefront designed around the rules, rails and habits this country actually has.

## Three observations that became a company

1. **Regulation moved before the market did** — Between December 2024 and April 2026 Poland introduced mandatory e-invoicing, an accessibility obligation for online shops and a product-safety regime for distance selling. Merchants got deadlines. Their platforms got backlog tickets.[1][2]
2. **The agent is a new customer, and it reads differently** — An AI agent doesn't load your hero image, doesn't see your banner, and can't interpret "add to basket" from a div. It reads structure, availability and price.[3] Most Polish catalogues are unreadable to it.
3. **Ownership of the customer is the only durable margin** — Marketplace fee ranges of 8–20% are widely cited against own-store payment fees of 0–2%.[4] Whether or not those exact numbers hold for you, the direction is not in dispute: the channel you own is the channel you can price.

## What we will and will not do

**Operating principles, as commitments**

| Principle | What it means concretely | How you can check |
|---|---|---|
| No fabricated social proof | We publish no customer logos, counts or testimonials until they exist and are attributable. | Every page of this site, today. |
| Compliance is not an upsell | KSeF invoicing and accessibility tooling are in the free tier. | The fee schedule on /pricing/. |
| Numbers carry sources | Third-party figures are cited with publisher and date; forecasts are labelled as forecasts. | /data/market-data.json. |
| No dark patterns | No fake countdowns, no pre-ticked consent, no manufactured scarcity, no confirm-shaming. | Our components ship with a design review checklist that names these patterns. |
| Data is portable | Full structured export of catalogue, orders, invoices and customers at any time, on any tier. | Written into the terms, not just the copy. |
| Accessibility is tested with disabled users | Automated gates plus paid sessions with screen-reader and switch-access users before each major release. | Manually tested, disclosed in the accessibility statement. |

## Where we actually are

This is a pre-launch company. The domain swiftshop.pl is registered and currently serves a hosting placeholder page; the corporate entity is in KRS registration. We would rather state that plainly than imply momentum we don't have.

What exists today is the architecture, the agent interface design and the commercial model published on these pages. What does not exist yet is a running storefront with real merchants on it, and we won't pretend otherwise.

If you are a Polish merchant who has spent the last year migrating to KSeF, rewriting a checkout for accessibility, or explaining to your board why an AI assistant can't see your products — we would like to talk to you. The design-partner programme has 25 seats.

**Design-partner programme** — Twenty-five seats, opened to e-grocery, specialist retail and B2B wholesale merchants ahead of the 2027 launch.
